This
village house has ocean views from the second and third floor and unusual
glass windows on the front cypress wood porch. Convenient village location
lets you walk to all activities/shopping/and restaurants. On the first
floor there are several kitchen / living room areas providing space for
large groups. New wood floors and
ceramic tile in the garden room area are some of the recent renovations..
The first floor also has one bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor has
two bedrooms, bath, and entrance to a tower leading to the third floor
master bedroom, bath and private deck. Two additional sleeping areas on the
second floor rear provide a king bed and day bed. The house is located 1/2
block from the water and 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street ,town beach, and town
pier. Several blocks away you can walk to an island at low tide. No
Smoking. Good space for a family reunion. Additional homes nearby for even
larger group. Available For Vacation Year Round.
